Mr. MARLON STEPHEN TURNER Jnr. grew up in the Cities of Diego Martin and Arima. He successfully attended, both Barataria Junior Secondary School and the Arima Senior Comprehensive School. He was taught valued principles by both parents, Ms. LINDLEY AUDAIN, formerly TURNER and Mr. STEPHEN TURNER Snr. At an early age, with these valued principles enshrined in him he became a born-again Christian. Mr. MARLON STEPHEN TURNER Jnr. is identified as a visionary, he is a man with a purpose in mind. He is loved by many and respected by all. He has both, leadership and supervisory experience in excess of 20 years. He has qualifications in “Electrical and Electronics” Technology and Building Electrical. He was employed with the Ministry of National Security and functioned as an electrician for some part of his career there. He is a Senior Technician and a Licensed Electrician, with over twenty-five (25) years’ experience. He also directed a company as a Contractor and did several contracts with the Trinidad & Tobago Electricity Commission.
Director Administration
Director Administration brings to Flash T Electrotech Company Ltd more than 46 years of experience in leadership, management and supervisory. Studied Public Sector Management at UWI. Leading and managing teams to success is not a new phenomenon to the Director Administration. He currently sits on several seats. He is the Chairman of the Manzanilla Secondary Local School Board, President of the Manzanilla Secondary School PTA, PRO of the North Eastern Region PTA, Watch Commander of the Manzanilla Secondary School Naval Cadets and a Member of the Manzanilla Secondary School Based Management.
Managing Director of Logistics and Information Technology
Director Operations has over 27 years experience in the Draughting and Technical Industries . He is highly skilled and motivated. He has Technical and Drawings experience, both in the field and office. He was the Field Manager at MAK Electro also the Liaison Officer with L & S Surveying Services to facilitate the maintenance of internal computer networks and computer servers. With a wealth of information and experience, he is now one of the Directors and Key founders of Flash T Electrotech Company Ltd. He is also a great asset to the company and by extension the public.
